During this challenging time of isolation, social distancing, online lives, and digital inequalities, it is crucial to stay connected and find creative ways to continue advocating for and building our dream of a more just society. "Caring for Ourselves" is a soundscape created by activists from different social movements (feminist, transfeminist, sexual and gender diversity, etc.) to encourage intimacy, collective memory, and knowledge sharing on topics such as self-care, health, activism, day-to-day life, and hopes and dreams for the future. The five radio broadcasts were created using a free dial-in and recording service in an effort to explore other ways of communicating that don't require internet access. The recordings were then disseminated via four community radios with widespread reach and were played more than 2,500 times.
